Project Scope and Payment

All project scopes, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. Payment terms are as specified in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to pause work if payment terms are not met.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website deliverables as specified in their service agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and required materials. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may affect project timelines.

Limitation of Liability

GlowUpSites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our services, deposits and payments for work already completed are non-refundable. Project cancellations mid-engagement will result in billing for all work completed to date.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
